Setting limits

I need limits. I learnt from yesterday's experience that restricting access to social networks can help me achieve my goals. So, today, whenever I feel the desire to log on to any of the social networks, I shall hold that thought, take a deep breath, and watch it go away. Or, I could go walk around in the corridor and get back to work again. Let's see how it'll work out for me.

What exactly is my goal for today? It is: to finish reading the book! Nothing else! After that you can make the next move. You can do this. No more excuses! I belong here; I own this place!
