I’m thrilled to tell you I’m planning to take part in the school’s athletic meeting on 10th October as one of the runners in the men’s 4 × 100 meters relay. However, I’d like to turn to you for help with several advice since it’ll be my first participation in such event and you are experienced in it.

For one thing, as a polished outfit helps maximize athletes’ performance, I wondered what kind of equipment, like spikes, I should buy? For another, could you tell me some techniques to transfer the baton so that we can prevent unnecessary fouls?
