修改九宫格物理按键盘支持数字和字母切换

产品有九宫格物理键盘,但是系统源码不支持中英文切换,按了只有数字出来
在网上看到有人做过,参考链接如下

但这个做法,并不支持长按,在英文状态下,长按数字2键并不会出现a/b/c的轮换,所以对代码进行了修改,
这里主要改的是framework层的输入法,长按的键盘的时候会一直触发onKeyDwon事件,这里是通过点击F2键进行切换Z:\HT380K_20190705_InputMethod\MTK6755\frameworks\base\core\java\android\inputmethodservice\Inputmethodservice.java
