Which English accent should I choose? American or British? My answer is British accent.
I think that British accent is more gentlemanly. It might shows the speaker is well educated. The American accent sounds noisy, exaggrated. I learned British English when I was a child. It seems that American English is more popular. Every one is proud of speaking Amarican English now.
I tried to learn British accent, but I found my accent liked American more recently. Actually it is normal. I plan to watch the TV play, Holmes(1984). It is really the classical British English.
