After the story,everybody decided to talk about the story what they got from,and everybody express who they were in the life.Michael said,he saw we had every one of the four characters in our organization.Each needed to be treated differently.Sniffs could sniff out changes,they were encouraged to identify how the changes in new products cloud help customers better;Scurrys liked to get things done,they were encouraged to take actions and needed to be monitored in order to do wrong direction;Hems were the anchors that slowed us down,we needed to let them know no changing was the more danger than changing;Haws were open-mined enough to help them to do right dicision when they were hesitant.
