这章讲了商业写作，开篇用chilly和warm来形容措辞与交流，感觉这两个词用的恰到好处，说不出来的好。0.0随后全章多次出现humanity以及warm，也多次围绕humanity展开论证，也是这时候才发现，humanity and warmth原来就是第一章作者提到的两个核心，怪不得warm让我第一眼看到就有种感觉。而回想下上一章的科技写作的要领，恰恰也是围绕这两个词展开。佩服。
