         I often think of many of things,sometimes it`s easy to make me more stress and unhappy. But I shouldn`t do this. Because I have a healthy body and enough time.   I should happy living everyday and try my best to work,to study, to read, to play. In the fauture, I`ll have a big famliy with happniess and a lot of money and many great friends. So,try your best to live everyday. Come on man! 

Today`s analyse: 

1. strength training 45 minutes. 

2. noontime snooze 30minutes. 

3. working 7 hours. 

4. reading 54 minues. 

5. last night sleep 7hours and 2minutes. 

6. review today 30minutes.
