#7 New progress in the breaststroke!

Today I went to the swimming pool again.Though at first, I was not sure to go or not.But at the time I was in the water, a feeling of excitement poured into my heart from bottom to up.First, I could swim just using the power of legs and without hands. Serveral minuts later, Suddenly, I realized that I could just use legs as quants! Then when I was trying to use a mindful heart to experience swim.I knew what breaststroke really is!!!!
What a good day!!
How fun it is to learn new things!!!
