Healthy living habits

I think it's very important for us children to keep healthy.And I will give you some suggestions about healthy living habits. First, food gives us energy, so we must have enough proper food to keep healthy.We should eat more fruit, vegetables and less meat.And we also need to have plenty of water.So that we won't be sick easily.Second, doing exercise regularly.Exercise can help to make you fit and strong.And scientists suggest that teenagers should spend at least 30 minutes exercising every day.Exercise can also help you sleep better at night.Because enough relax helps us pay more attention when we study.Third, sleeping is also very important. It can help us to feel energetic the next day. So we should go to bed early and get up early.  Attention! Don't stay up! It hurts your mind.I hope you can follow my suggestions to be healthy as well as me.
