Play Service is now limited available in Chinese market. Pay attention to new SDK which brings special edition of China. For example the new wearable{still alive} development is ready to support Chinese developers and end apk would be uploaded onto Huawei store.  Well, it sounds good in the future people can see my app under special permissions there.
