1. If someone integrates into a social group or it's integrated into it. They behave in such a way that they become part of the group or are accepted into it.

2. If you integrate one thing with another or one thing integrates with another, two things become closely linked or form part of whole idea or system. You can also say that two things integrate.    E.g. : : : We hope that by integrating these tips, your social media experience stays fun forever.

If you dismiss something from your mind, you stop thinking about it.      (I am trying really hard to not dismiss my efforts. )
