对自己好一点儿

It took me a few weeks to finish the book “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Made Simple”. I usually have several books going at the same same time period.

In the last chapter of the book, “Be Nice to Yourself “, after went through all the analysis, the author comes down to how you need to treat yourself nicely and improve the quality of your life.

Basically, we all pretty much knew what we should do to be nice to ourselves. But it’s still worth paying attention to these advices.

First, having adequate time of sleep; Second, no more junk food; third, make time for exercises;  forth, take breaks during off work hour and socialize with coworkers and friends, and etc.

The author described how to deal with  bad habits and other problems that the readers might have such as insomnia.

So, let be nice to ourselves. After all, you’ve only got one life in this world, why not make the best out of it?
