Yesterday, I talked about money and property,compound with Jackie,my Filipino teacher.
I think property is very important, because something belongs to you totally and perpetually . If you buy a house ,you can choose to rent it and get the rental income even you don't have a job. The house can generate income continuously for you. You can buy another house when you save enought money next time, then you can rent it again. When the rental income can cover even more than your daily expenses ,you are financial freedom. What is financial freedom? In my opinion, someone don't need to sell time for daily expense. Their assets can generate cash automatically and continously . So what should we do to become financial freedom. Do the things accumulated and buy valueable assets. I am in the way. Where there is will ,there is a way. Study is also buy assets, you use your time to buy knowledge, the knowledge will help you earn more money. I list some
> a. Buy assets in a proper price ,and continue (for example buy house in developing country )
b. Keep on studying and getting more knowledge,it will help you make more wise decision
c. Do something once and can get income forever, for example , a useful sotfware or website
d. Become a valueable people, it can bring you much influence continously
e. Remember Compound Effective forever.
Learning new words and expressions
1. carefree : means do things free, for example , I quit my job , I can do everything I want in any time, I am carefree.
2. midnight snacks : before you sleep, you eat some foods or snacks
3. procrastination : postpone to do something ,delay
4. cutting it close: you are late
5. Dragon Lady: lady who be angry easily
6. be headed to one's office : be going to
7. Let me know/check if/whether ...
Let me check if(whether) my car have the enough oil to drive (or not ).
Let me know if you have done all your task
8. Look forward to doing something. eg: I look forward to mastering english, then I can travel to more country.
9. expand(broaden,widen) one's horizon . eg: Learning english in Philippines can expand my horizon. I can know so many countries' culture.
