That thou hast her, it is not all my grief,
你拥有她，这还不是我的全部痛苦
And yet it may be said I lov'd her dearly;
到现在，大家都说，我很爱她
That she hath thee, is of my wailing chief,
要是她拥有你，我才万分伤痛
A loss in love that touches me more nearly.
失去爱情，是对我深深地触打
Loving offenders, thus I will excuse ye:
你，这爱情的强徒，我原谅你
Thou dost love her, because thou know'st I love her;
你爱她，是因为你知道，她是我爱情的小葩
And for my sake even so doth she abuse me,
为了我，她竟然瞒过了我
Suffering my friend for my sake to approve her.
这样，我容忍了我的朋友，也默许了我的小丫
If I lose thee, my loss is my love's gain,
如果我失去你这个朋友，我的情人却得到了爱情
And losing her, my friend hath found that loss;
如果失去了她，我的朋友就失去了爱的火花
Both find each other, and I lose both twain,

一、第7句
And for my sake even so doth she abuse me,
第7句中的Abuse词典中有欺骗的意思，我认为在这首诗中口气应该委婉些，译为“瞒”比较合适。从整首诗来分析，这句话也应译得松弛，委婉。
二、第8句
Suffering my friend for my sake to approve her.
第8句的approve：同意，许可。译时也应注意中译文的修辞。这种事情只可能暗中“默许”，不可能点穿了说“我同意”。
三、第12句
And both for my sake lay on me this cross:
第12句中的lay on即lie on。意为依靠。很多人译作lay on。打击、猛击、折磨，都不符合诗意。
