I decide to explain my understanding of film in English. It is an improvisational idea. I hope I can keep it a bit longer.
Kung Fu Panda 3 is a story about affection between family members. This time Po was supposed to learn "Qi" to against the dark power. While most time his own father, who promised to teach Po the "Qi", give him a normal happy life of being a panda. Actually his own father also didn't know how to use "Qi".
In the film, "Qi" is a kind of strong magic. Even the master also need 30 years to practice it. To highlight our hero, Po did not practice anytime before the great tactic. He get it at a second. The secret of this magic is self and love. It is how the hero always comes out. At first he is doomed to be the one. Then everybody love him, trust him and he also does.
Anyway, the mysterious "Qi" was so easily to get and to beat the boss.
