太阳病提纲：太阳之为病，脉浮，头项强痛而恶寒。

①标准的桂枝汤证外症：脉浮缓、恶风、可以出汗
②病机：就是有风气伤到了我们的卫气
③治疗的原则: 要把一些什么样的东西送到我们的卫气的范围，而且还要把我们卫气里面的风邪打出去.
④桂枝汤剂量：桂枝3两去皮，芍药3两，甘草2两（炙），生姜3两（切），大枣12枚。
⑤桂枝汤不能喝太烫的，第一碗喝下去后，要喝一碗热粥（水比较多比较稀的），“以助药力”，借着发汗把邪气逼出来。所以吃完桂枝汤一定要喝热水或热稀饭，加衣服，让这个人热点出汗。吃药以后大概半个小时到两个小时，伸手到衣服里面，感觉皮肤有点湿润感，微微出汗就好。如果出大汗，这个人就容易伤到元气，会比较虚。毛孔打开又会把邪气吸进体内。一碗药喝完后如果病好了，就不要再吃第二碗了。不然老发汗人会整个虚掉。

太阳病，项背强几几，反汗出恶风，桂枝加葛根汤主之
②桂枝加附子汤
太阳病、发汗，遂漏不止，其人恶风，小便难，四肢微急，难以屈伸者，桂枝加附子汤主之。
③桂枝去芍药加附子汤
太阳病，下之后，脈促胸满者，桂枝去芍药加附子汤主之
若微寒者，桂枝去芍药加附子汤主之
④桂枝新加汤
发汗后，身疼痛，脈沉迟者，桂枝加芍药生姜各一两，人参三两，新加汤主之

①麻黄八大主症：太阳病，头痛，发热，身疼，腰痛，骨节疼痛，恶风，无汗而喘者，麻黄汤主之。
②麻黄汤证绝对辩证点：是“脉浮紧，无汗”
③典型的麻黄汤证：因为身体里面还有一些地方没有完全失温，但是体表温度已经达到高烧39度，病人的感觉就是很激烈的怕冷，要加衣服盖棉被还是觉得好冷好冷。
④麻黄汤构成：麻黄（9克） 桂枝（6克） 杏仁（70个） 炙甘草（3克）

①葛根汤
太阳病，项背强几几，无汗、恶风者，葛根汤主之。
②大青龙汤
*太阳伤寒，脉浮紧，发热，恶寒，身疼痛，不汗出而烦躁者，大青龙汤主之；若脉微弱，汗出恶风者，不可服之，服之则厥逆，筋惕肉瞤，此为逆也。
* 太阳中风，脉浮缓，身不疼，但重，乍有轻时，无少阴证者，大青龙汤发之。
*麻黄九禁，大青龙汤也适用。
③小青龙汤
* 伤寒，表不解，心下有水气，干呕，发热而咳，或渴、或利、或噎、或小便不利，少腹满，或喘者，小青龙汤主之。
*小青龙汤辩证点
！小青龙汤的咳嗽就咳得稀里呼噜的啦，痰饮很多，所以这是一个辨症点。
！痰饮很多，稀痰，白色透明或是把泡泡痰，或者是鼻涕，吐到水里会很快划掉。
！咳嗽厉害，平躺的时候咳得更凶。
！也可能是热，黄痰，这时候可以加石膏

①桂麻各半汤的意义在于已经辩证得很清楚了，病邪已经的的确确在最表面了，只要打开一点点汗孔把病邪逼出去，病就好了。
②桂麻各半汤----临床应用在风疹块、身体痒。风湿症状的酸痛、受湿受寒后有脉浮而紧细寒气病。也可以治疗寒湿，又寒又湿那种，很有效。

①汗出必解啊，宜桂枝二麻黄一汤。
②桂枝二麻黄一汤它就是一碗汤里面有三分之二碗桂枝汤，而有三分之一碗麻黄汤，比桂麻各半汤药更重.虽然桂麻各半汤要重，可是从药物的性质的比例来讲，就是桂枝汤的比例就占得更多，这个邪气比较散的时候，麻黄汤的比例要少，桂枝汤的比例要多，这样子麻黄汤开了一点点汗孔，这个桂枝汤把那个邪气慢慢推出去，所以桂枝汤比例多让它的效果缓一点。
③服法：桂二麻一汤它是日三服，慢慢把这个风气、寒气扫出去；桂麻各半汤是一口下去就好了。

①“太阳病，这个发热恶寒，热多寒少”若脉微弱者，此无阳也，不可发汗，宜桂枝二越婢一汤。
②发热恶寒，热多寒少，脉微弱者无阳不可以发汗，这个脉微弱而无阳在病症上比较偏少阴病，就是少阴病的人阳气会弱，脉会比较微弱，那少阴病是一定不可以发汗的。
③在少阴病的框架，脉是沉细微弱的，然后发烧又怕冷，又烧一烧不烧，脉几乎把不到，那个时候是可以吃当归四逆汤。
④桂枝二越婢一汤-----治风水，身上有风寒之气而水肿；治疗急性慢性肾脏炎；

④伤寒，汗出而渴者，五苓散主之。不渴者，茯苓甘草汤主之
⑥中风发热，六七日不解而烦，有表里证，渴欲饮水，水入则吐着，名曰水逆，五苓散主之。
