IOS11中UITableView的适配问题

UITableView出现的问题
  1. heightForHeaderInSection/heightForFooterInSection函数不被调用
  2. viewForHeaderInSection函数返回nil的时候仍然存在seciton 头部
解决方案
  1. 使用 heightForHeaderInSection/heightForFooterInSection函数的时候必须同时使用viewForHeaderInSection/viewForFooterInSection（返回nil也是可以的）方法
  2. 参照第一个问题，调用heightForHeaderInSection/heightForFooterInSection方法并且返回0即可
