富江参茸今日食补:三七土人参牛肉粥

主料:米四分之一量杯, 土人参根几根 ,景三七根几个, 牛肉肠半根 ,土人参叶一把

辅料:茶笋一根 ,莲子一小把

Ingredients: quarter cup of rice, a few roots of native ginseng, a few roots of jingsanqi, half root of beef sausage, a handful of leaves of native ginseng

锅中放入土人参根、景三七根、米、水、茶笋。

大火烧开

加入莲子,转小火继续炖。
