这部分内容绝对是这本书精髓。作者开始向Winston展示整个世界是全貌，以及他们是如何运转的。联系贯穿始终的三条口号，开始理解了第一条。War is peace. 我都不知道作者是怎么写出来的这些内容。三足鼎立的世界。不但Winston收获很大，我也收获很大。打战不打战根本不重要，重要的是维持这个世界三个superstates相互制衡的局面。他们互不沟通，统治着自己国度的人们。战争只是他们维持统治的必要手段。War is peace.
