Implement function ToLowerCase() that has a string parameter str, and returns the same string in lowercase.

Example 1:
Input: "Hello"
Output: "hello"

Example 2:
Input: "here"
Output: "here"

Example 3:
Input: "LOVELY"
Output: "lovely"

题目解读

• 输入一个字符串，将这个字符串中的大写字母转化为小写字母输出，然后返回转化后的字符串

解题思路

• 依次循环，将大写字母转化为小写字母
