HR role

HR is more about people development. It focus on culture building, in which people with common set of values and  passion build something together.

it is important to put HR people and right practice in place,  regularly getting feedback from and to people by open communication, not avoiding hard issues and afraid of making changes.

it is axiomatic to say  people resources are the most important

I know what I am missing out on, but 

I am focusing on the things that I CAN do and am passionate about.

I realized that being brave isn't supposed to be easy.  So, all and all, I don't waste my energy by feeling sorry for myself, and surround myself with people I want to be around with, and I keep moving forward.!
